Sea Pines CSA Annual Meeting Information

Save the date! The Annual Meeting of the Members will be held on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at 10:00 AM and accessible via live webinar. This webinar will provide Members the opportunity to receive updates on Sea Pines CSA operations and plans for 2025 and beyond. Following the adjournment of the meeting, there will be a live question-and-answer session.

Proxy Delivery Information: To ensure a quorum is established for the meeting, proxies will be distributed to Sea Pines CSA Members in good standing as of the March 10, 2025, date of record. Electronic proxies will be emailed on April 1, 2025, to the primary contact email on file, while paper proxies will be mailed to primary contacts without a registered email address.

RBC Heritage Information & Reminders

The 57th annual RBC Heritage Presented by Boeing, South Carolina’s only Signature PGA Tour event, will take place in Sea Pines from Monday, April 14 through Sunday, April 20, 2025. For more information and to stay updated on all things RBC Heritage, please visit the resource pages below:


Town of Hilton Head Island Animal Beach Visiting Hours Reminder

April (4/1) through the Thursday before Memorial Day (5/22) Dogs allowed:

  • 10 AM – 5 PM; On Leash Only
  • 5 PM – 10 AM; On Leash and/or Under Voice Control

Enforcement: The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Department and Town of Hilton Head Island code enforcement officers patrol the beach and enforce all beach regulations. For more information view the Municipal Code Title 8 Chapter 1 – “Beaches”.


Wildlife Safety: Alligators

With the arrival of warmer weather, alligators will become more active. Please remember the below safety precautions regarding alligators in our community:

  • Assume every body of water contains an alligator
  • Stay at least 60 feet (4 car lengths) away from alligators
  • Alligators are ambush predators and can move faster than you or your pets
  • Keep yourself, pets and children away from water’s edge
  • Swimming or wading is prohibited in Sea Pines’ waterways
  • Feeding or harassing alligators is dangerous and illegal
  • When fishing or crabbing do not throw used bait or fish parts into the water

Maintenance Projects & Services

Grounds Maintenance: The biannual refresh of pine straw throughout the community is scheduled for next week. Our contractor will be installing pine straw in various locations, including roadsides, the gate houses, and Tower Beach. Please be aware that there may be minor traffic disruptions where the crews are working.

Asphalt Repairs: Roadway repairs in the areas of Plantation Drive (near 54 Plantation Drive and near the corner of Calibogue Cay Road), Lighthouse Road (near the intersection of Plantation Drive and near Harbour Town Bakery & Cafe), Pine Island Court, and Long Marsh Lane will begin next week.

Critical Infrastructure Improvement Projects

South Sea Pines Drive: Roadway and leisure trail repair work on South Sea Pines Drive, in the South Beach area, will take place next week. Single-lane road closures and flagging operations will be in place during this work from 7:00 AM- 5:00 PM, weather permitting. Motorists should expect traffic delays, use caution while driving in the area and observe the work zone speed limit of 15 mph. For safety, bike riders will be required to dismount and walk bikes around the active work zones.

Lighthouse Lane: Roadway repair work on Lighthouse Lane will also take place next week, weather permitting. Single-lane road closures and flagging operations will be in place.
