RBC Heritage Tournament Information & Reminders

Heritage Trolley Map and Schedule

The Sea Pines Trolley will provide trolley service to the RBC Heritage tournament from Monday, April 14th through Sunday, April 20th from 7am to 10pm. View/download the RBC Heritage trolley map and schedule here.

Decals & ID Card Requests on Temporary Hold 4/11 – 4/20

Due to staffing capacity during the week of the RBC Heritage, Sea Pines CSA will temporarily stop taking and processing requests for Vehicle Decals & Property Owner/ Dependent ID Cards from Friday, April 11th, through Sunday, April 20th. During this time frame, if you require a property owner vehicle pass, please contact our pass office at 843.671.7277 or request a pass for pickup via the online pass request system.

Sea Pines Community Center Closed; No Entry Allowed 4/5-4/21

The Sea Pines Community Center, located at 71 Lighthouse Road Suite #120, will be closed from Saturday, April 5th, through Monday, April 21st, as it will serve as the Sea Pines Security Command Center for the RBC Heritage Tournament.


RBC Heritage Hangtag Distribution Information

Only the road names listed here will have restricted access during the RBC Heritage Tournament (April 14-20). The Security Checkpoints will be manned starting at 6:00 am each day until the end of tournament play. To view a map of the Security Checkpoints click here. If you reside in a restricted area, a Heritage Hangtag will be required for vehicle access through the Security Checkpoints during tournament play. Hangtag requests are available online only at seapinesliving.com/hangtags.

The Sea Pines CSA office hours are extended to facilitate the distribution of Heritage Hangtags from Saturday, April 12th through Sunday April 20th as follows:

  • Saturday, April 12th: 8:00 am – 3:00 pm
  • Sunday, April 13th: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
  • Monday, April 14th – Friday, April 18th: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
  • Saturday, April 19th: 8:00 am – 3:00 pm
  • Sunday, April 20th: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm

Sea Pines CSA Annual Meeting Information

The Annual Meeting of the Members will be held on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, from 10:00 am-12:00 pm via live webinar.

Proxy Delivery Information: To ensure a quorum is established for the meeting, proxies were distributed to Sea Pines CSA members in good standing as of the March 10, 2025, date of record. Electronic proxies were emailed on April 1, 2025, to the primary contact email on file, while paper proxies were mailed to primary contacts without a registered email address. For more information, please visit seapinesliving.com/annualmeeting.


Maintenance Projects & Services

Roadside Tree Trimming in the Club Course area, starting on Club Course Lane, will begin next week.

Maintaining Your Property’s Landscaping

Landscaping Reminders from the Community Standards Department:

  • Lawns, shrubs, trees, and palms should be trimmed regularly to ensure a tidy appearance. Flower beds must remain free of overgrowth, including vines, weeds, and invasive plants.
  • Roofs, gutters, driveways, and other hard surfaces should be cleared of pine straw and other debris frequently to prevent any accumulation.
  • Ground cover, such as mulch or pine straw, should be applied periodically to maintain a neat and clean look. As a reminder, compost mulch is available for free to Sea Pines property owners. To request a mulch delivery, please visit seapinesliving.com/mulch. Please note that deliveries only occur on Thursdays.

2025 Sea Pines CSA Residential Assessment Payment Reminder

As of April 7, 2025, property owners with outstanding balances have had their guest pass and rental guest pass privileges suspended. If you need a copy of your invoice and/or instructions on how to pay your balance, please e-mail Tracey McNeill at traceym@csaseapines.com. We sincerely appreciate all property owners who have submitted their payments on time.

Events Around the Community

Explore Your Forest Preserve: Beginner Bird Walk; Friday, April 18 from 8:00-10:00 AM: Join Master Naturalists Mary Ellen Blankenship and Jack Coleman for a two-hour walk through the Forest Preserve to see, hear, and learn about some of the birds who call this amazing habitat their home. This event is free, but you must register HERE for a ticket. There is a limit of 24 people per bird walk.

The 9th Annual Sea Pines Forest Party in the Pines Event was held on Saturday, April 5th. The night was perfect for enjoying a rustic coastal menu, entertainment and fellowship at Fish Island in the Sea Pines Forest Preserve. Thanks to all who attended and supported our Forest Preserve fundraiser!
